Nuala, a new Irish bar and restaurant, has opened on City Road. This is Niall Davidson’s first solo restaurant in London.
Previously Davidson worked at St John Bread & Wine, Lockhart, and the Chiltern Firehouse.
According to Nuala’s website, the restaurant offers all-day modern comfort food over an open fire, with an Irish bar and live music daily.
Main courses are between £14.50–18 and bottles of wine start at £23. Menu highlights include a goose to share and tartare with beer sauce. There is also a comprehensive Ireland-inspireed cocktail list.
